Obituary

Little Miss Rilyn Alivia Harper, age 3 of Bremen, Georgia passed away, Friday, May 19, 2017. Rilyn was born in Carroll County, Georgia on February 7, 2014, the daughter of Jacob Matthew Harper and Stephanie Lynn Weldon Harper. She attended Stonebridge Academy and Victory Fellowship Church. One of the sweetest, sassiest, feistiest, caring, bubbly, sensitive, independent, bold and loving babies has departed earth, and moved on to be with our friend, Jesus. We know our Elsa singing, trolls dancing, bossy pants is in a better place smiling down on all of the ones who love her. Every day she would remind us that she only wanted water, she was hot and thirsty, that she loved us and that she was our best friend. I'm so happy that she told us the million times she did that she loved us and it pains me to know that we won't be able to hear those words from her again. She was so smart, a child who knew what she liked and didn't like. We will all remember your sweet kisses and your favorite phrases. We are sure Jesus will let you eat Oreos for breakfast and all the chocolate you want. You touched many lives and will forever be a piece in all our hearts. Survivors include her parents, Jacob and Stephanie Harper; brother, Jace Harper; maternal grandparents, Janet and Brad Rainwater of Carrollton, Rex and Sylvia Weldon of Lilburn; paternal grandparents, Steve and Donna Harper of Bowdon; aunts and uncles, Nicole and Seth Waldrop, Shanda and Kraig Knowles, Amy and Jonathan Brown; cousins, Braidon, Addyson, Aubree, Slade, Evi and Coy. The family will receive friends at Victory Fellowship on Monday, May 22 from 2 p.m. until 3 p.m. A memorial service will follow the visitation at 3 p.m. with Pastor Sid Garner officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Iris Ministries, PO Box 493995, Redding, CA 96049-3995 or online at https://www.irisglobal.org/giving-center Messages of condolences may be expressed to the family online at www.almonfuneralhome.com.
