Mrs. Ingeborg Carroll age 82, of Carrollton, Georgia passed away on November 12, 2013. Mrs. Carroll was born in West Berlin, Germany on January 28, 1931, the daughter of the late Erhart Richter and Hedvig Schnanau Richter. She was a homemaker and a member of New Hope United Methodist Church. Survivors include her daughters and son-in-law, Heidi and Anthony Smith of Carrollton, Carmen Mikkelson of Pollocksville, NC; sons and daughter-in-law, Walter Burkholder of Colorado Springs, CO, Reinhart Burkholder of Moreno Valley, CA, Monty and Tami Burkholder of Apple Valley, CA, Kevin Burkholder of Alpharetta, GA; and brother, Frank Albert of Berlin, Germany. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Carroll. In accordance with her wishes, the body was cremated. A memorial service will be held Thursday, November 21, 2013 at 1 p.m. at New Hope United Methodist Church. Memorial contributions may be made to Tanner Hospice Care, P.O.
