Mrs. Wyolene Spearman Hudson age 94, of Carrollton, Georgia passed away on Saturday, August 26, 2023.

Mrs. Hudson was born on July 25, 1929 in Lowell, Georgia the daughter of the late Tomb Spearman and Camilla Brown Spearman. She worked for General Shoe and Tanner Medical Center Auxiliary as a Pink Lady. She loved to donate time volunteering at the hospital as well as gardening and tending to her flowers.

She was a member of the Carrollton First United Methodist Church.

Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Robert Harold Hudson Jr. and Suzanne Washington Hudson; niece, Nancy Blackwelder and sister-in-law, Lollie Richards. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Harold Hudson, Sr.; 2 brothers and 2 sisters.

The family would like to express sincere thanks to the staff and caregivers at Front Porch of Bowdon and Kindred Hospice for the exceptional care and kindness they gave to their loved one and family in her final years.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, August 29, 2023 at 2 p.m. at the Carrollton First United Methodist Church with Rev. Ken Stephens officiating.

The family will receive friends at the church from 1 p.m. until the service hour.

Interment will be in Carroll Memory Gardens.
