Mr. William Carter Barber age 76, of Carrollton, Georgia passed away on Wednesday, January 24, 2024.

He was born on July 1, 1947 the son of the late Frank Carter Barber and Sarah Jeanette Hall

Barber. He obtained Bachelor's degree from the University of Georgia and owned and operated the Furniture House. Upon retirement he started Bill's Ride Share and enjoyed giving a ride to those who needed it. His favorite hobby was collecting guns and knives. He was of the Baptist Faith.

Survivors include his son, William Scott Barber (Leesa); daughter, Kathryn Barber Threadgill (Chris); grandchildren, Sydney, Caraline, Elizabeth, Blaine (Spencer), Allie; sister, Jeanette Lansford and the mother of his children, Scottie W. Jennings.

Due to his wishes his body has been cremated and a private family service will be held at a later date.
