Obituary

Vickie Sullivan Paschal, lovingly known to all as "MiMi," age 71, of Carrollton, Georgia, passed away on December 15, 2025.

Born on July 3, 1954, in Carroll County, Georgia, Vickie was a woman whose life overflowed with love, service, and joy, earning her the treasured title of "everyone's MiMi."

She was the daughter of the late Julius Sullivan and Winnie Bass Sullivan. Vickie was a graduate of Carrollton High School and went on to become President of Sullivan Electric, where she was known for her dedication, leadership, and strong work ethic.

Vickie grew up in Cross Plains Christian Church and later became a faithful member of Southern Hills Church. Her faith was active and far-reaching—she participated in a mission trip to Jamaica, serving as an interpreter, and also shared her musical talents as a church pianist.

In her quieter moments, Vickie found joy in her garden and flowers. She also enjoyed playing Candy Crush, often with the same enthusiasm and determination she brought to everything she did. Above all else, Vickie loved her family. Her grandchildren and "everyone's kids" were the delight of her heart, and she had a special way of making every child feel seen, loved, and safe.

She is survived by her devoted husband, Stanley Paschal; her daughter and son-in-law, Emily and Chad Beetler; her son and daughter-in-law, Mike and Cassie Paschal; her cherished grandchildren, Bryce Beetler, Ryan Beetler, Logan Paschal, and Hannah Paschal; her brother and sister-in-law, Tony and Suzanne Sullivan; and her nephews, Mark Sullivan and Matthew Sullivan.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, December 20, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon at Almon Funeral Home. A funeral service will follow the visitation at 12:00 noon in the chapel of Almon Funeral Home, with Minister Tony Sullivan officiating.

Interment will follow at Cross Plains Christian Church Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Stephen Gibson, John Paschal, AJ Brock, Keston Brunson, Mark Sullivan, and Matthew Sullivan.

Vickie "MiMi" Paschal leaves behind a legacy of faith, kindness, and unconditional love. Her life was a blessing, her memory a treasure, and she will be deeply missed by all who were fortunate enough to know her.
