Trecia Wilson Williams, age 76 of Marietta, Georgia formerly of Carrollton, passed away Tuesday, July 10, 2018. Mrs. Williams was born in Carroll County on December 31, 1941, the daughter of Bonnie Powers Wilson and the late Roy Wilson. During her working career she was a credit analyst and was a member of Shady Grove Baptist Church. Survivors include her daughters and son-in-law, Michele Williams of Ft. Worth, Texas, Rhonda Lynn and Dave Lemon of Loganville, Georgia; grandchildren, James Blocker, Guam (US Navy), Haley Madison of Ft. Worth, Texas; mother, Bonnie P. Wilson of Carrollton; sisters, Donna Sue Wilson of Marietta, Terri (Bruce) Jackson of Newnan and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Williams and her father, Roy Wilson. The family will receive friends at Almon Funeral Home Friday from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. Funeral service will be Saturday, July 21, 2018 at 10 a.m. from the chapel of Almon Funeral Home with David Lemon, Jr. officiating. Pallbearers will be Julian Cook, Henry Mangum, Tommy Muse, Dawson Richards, Steve Forbus, Ronald Holcombe and Bryant Wilson. Interment will be in Shady Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.
