Mr. Thomas "Tommy" Wayne Simonds, age 50 of Five Points Road, Waco died Monday, December 27, 2010. Mr. Simonds was born in Marietta, Georgia on March 19, 1960. He had worked as a truck driver with Arrow Trucking and was of the Baptist faith. Survivors include his parents, Wayne Hamilton Simonds and Mary Caroline Hordy of Waco; sisters, Joy Guest of Ft. Payne, Alabama, Karen Dotson of Acworth, Deborah MaComber of Jasper. The family will receive friends at Almon Funeral Home on Wednesday evening from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. Funeral service will be Thursday, December 30 at 2 p.m. at the chapel of Almon Funeral Home with Dr. Steve Davis officiating.
