Ms. Sandy Nell Hughes, age 77, of Carrollton, Georgia, passed away on Wednesday, September 2, 2026.
Sandy was born on January 11, 1949 to the late Leman Rhuel Hughes and Betty Nell Maddox Hughes.
A graveside service and inurnment will be held on Tuesday, September 8, 2026 at 11 AM at Beulah Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Shane Waldrep officiating.
