Mrs. Sandra "Sandy" Bell Mosley, age 75, of Roopville, Georgia passed away on Thursday, November 9, 2023. She was born on April 4, 1948 in Carrollton, Georgia, the daughter of the late, Lewis Bell and Mary Harper Bell.

Mrs. Mosley was a homemaker and member of Roopville Baptist Church. She loved her family, gardening, plants, flowers, birds, dragonflies and going on walks.

She is survived by her sons and daughter-in-law, Ashley Mosley, Justin and Katie Mosley; beloved dog, Chloe; brothers-in-law and sister-in-law, Randy Mosley, Scott and Kathy Mosley. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Tony Ray Mosley.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, November 11, 2023 from 10 AM to 11 AM at Roopville Baptist Church with a memorial service following at 11 AM with Dr. John Riley, officiating.

The family would like to thank Elaine Marshall, Kaye Thornton and the nurses with Georgia Hospice Care, Kristin Voghell and Nicole Felsted for the loving care they provided.
