Mr. Thelbert Ray Ratliff, age 92, of Carrollton, Georgia passed away on Tuesday, January 23, 2024. He was born in Cullman County, Alabama on March 30, 1931, son of the late James William Ratliff and Effie Price Ratliff.

Mr. Ratliff was a retired Iron Worker Local #387, was of the Baptist faith and a Korean War Veteran.

He is survived by his children, Polly R. Lewis of Douglasville, Rhonda R. Tenpenny of Lawrenceville, Charles Ratliff of Watkinsville, John Ratliff of Douglasville; grandchildren, Natalie Tenpenny, Macy Tenpenny, Phillip Robertson, Evan Lewis. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Carol Gilley Ratliff; brothers, Ed Ratliff, Robert Ratliff, Carl Ratliff, Harold Ratliff; sisters, Bertha Mullens, Penny Lyold, and Evelyn Monteeth.

A private family inurnment will be held at Georgia National Cemetery.
