Obituary

Phoebe Yoder Foster, 77, of Crystal River, Florida, passed away peacefully in her home on February 13, 2026, surrounded by family.

Phoebe was a devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend whose warmth and kindness touched everyone who knew her.

She is survived by her sister, Mary Taylor; her two loving daughters, Tracy Seffern and her husband Jon, and Vicky Dudley and her husband Morgan.

Phoebe's legacy lives on through her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who were the pride and joy of her life.

Her grandchildren and great-grandchildren include: her grandson Jonathan Seffern Jr. and his children, Jaycee and Jonny; her granddaughter Jacqulyn Seffern Li and her husband Grady, and their son, Sam; Natalie Wiggins and her husband Ethan, and their daughters Morgan and Carrie; Lani Folsom and her husband Codi, and their sons Sam and Jack; Morgan Dudley, Jr. and his wife Angel, and their daughters Raelyn and Riley; as well as Yassah, Oliver, Caro, Maggie, and Godgift.

Phoebe worked for many years at Fat Boys BBQ and retired from Kay Jewelers where she was known for her friendly smile and strong work ethic.

She found great joy in gardening and took pride in caring for her yard, plants, and flowers. Phoebe especially cherished time with her family. She had a special love for baking, and her Christmas cookies were a treasured tradition that brought her family together year after year.

Phoebe will be remembered for her gentle spirit, her love of family, and the simple joys she shared with those around her. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who loved her.

A memorial service will be held on Monday, February 16, 2026 at 11 a.m. at Strickland Funeral Home in Crystal River, Florida.
