Mrs. Patricia Lynne Caldwell age 83, of Carrollton, Georgia passed away on Monday, May 13, 2024.

Mrs. Caldwell was born on June 4, 1940 in Vernon, Texas the daughter of the late Forrest Stephen Castleberry and Lola Marie Haggerton Castleberry. She loved flowers and was an avid fan of the Atlanta Braves and the Dallas Cowboys and was of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include her son, Jimmy O. Caldwell, Jr.; daughters, Stephanie G. Jones, Paula Schmidt (John), Rhonda Abney (Rick); numerous grand, great grand and great-great grandchildren; brother, Dennis Castleberry (Rachel) and several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her oldest daughter, Tonja Schmidt; husband, Jimmy Odelle Caldwell, Sr.; brother, Randy Castleberry and great grandson, Bryson Ackles.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, May 20, 2024 at 2 pm from the chapel of Almon Funeral Home with Rev. Mike Harris officiating. The family will receive friends on Monday at the funeral home from 1 pm until the service hour.

Pallbearers will be Anthony Caldwell, Brandon Edwards, John Schmidt, Sr., John Schmidt, Jr., Rick Abney and Colton Whiting.

Interment will be in Carroll Memory Gardens.
