Mrs. Mildred "Millie" A. Brady, age 88, of Carrollton, Georgia, passed away on Thursday, April 17, 2025.

Born on May 23, 1936, in Buffalo, New York, she was the daughter of the late George Patrick O'Connor and Nora Elizabeth Matthews O'Connor. Mrs. Brady spent part of her life in Auburn, Alabama before relocating to Carrollton in 1981. She served as the Plant Nurse for Gold Kist and retired in 1998 after years of dedicated service.

A devoted member of OLPH Catholic Church, she was also active in the St. Vincent dePaul Society, reflecting her commitment to faith and community.

She is lovingly remembered by her sons: James Patrick Brady, Jr., Michael Joseph Brady, Timothy "Tim" James Brady, and Matthew Richard Brady; as well as numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James "Jim" P. Brady, Sr.; her brother, George L. O'Connor; and her sisters, Mary Alice Caffery and Margaret Elizabeth Marble.

The family will receive friends at Almon Funeral Home on Monday, April 21, 2025 from 5 PM to 7 PM.

A funeral mass will be held on Tuesday, April 22, 2025, at 11 AM at OLPH Catholic Church with Father James Akpan officiating.

Interment will follow in OLPH Catholic Church Cemetery with her sons serving as pallbearers.
