Mr. Michael Lee Thomason, age 47, of Roopville, Georgia passed away on Thursday, April 4, 2024.

He was born in Powder Springs, Georgia on November 17, 1976 son of Samuel Lee Thomason and the late Carol Ann Cole Thomason.

Mr. Thomason was a heavy equipment operator for Thomason Grading. In his spare time, he enjoyed hunting, fishing, and watching the Atlanta Braves and Atlanta Falcons.

In addition to his father he is survived by brother, Jason Paul Thomason; nephew, Morgan Thomason; niece, Zoey Thomason; aunt, Janie Johnson; cousins, Nelson, Tim, Billy, Jessica, Patty, Karen, Cameron, Barry; special friends, Ashley and Tyler. Besides his mother, he is preceded in death by his aunts, Carolyn Milsapp, Paulette Thomason.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
