Mrs. Mary Lynn Frazier, age 76, of Carrollton, Georgia, passed away on Sunday, December 21, 2025.

Mrs. Frazier was born on September 23, 1949, in Atlanta, Georgia, to the late Homer L. Smith, Sr. and the late Mary Ruth Gaulding Smith. She was a 1967 graduate of Carrollton High School, where she was active in band and played basketball.

After receiving a Batchelor of Science degree in business from West Georgia College, she held executive positions with the RJR Corporation in Winston Salem, North Carolina. She returned to Carrollton and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from West Georgia and dedicated her professional life to caring for others. Mary Lynn worked as a certified diabetes educator for Innovex Corporation and for many years served as an RN at Tanner Medical Center, where she managed the diabetes management clinics. Her commitment to healthcare reflected her compassion and strong work ethic.

A gifted pianist, Mary Lynn enjoyed music throughout her life and shared her talents generously. She also loved animals deeply and found joy in their companionship. She was a faithful member of First Baptist Church of Carrollton, where she sang in the choir and was an active member of the Generations Sunday School Class.

As a young person, she spent many meaningful years at Sunset Hills Country Club, where her parents were charter members. During that time, she served as a lifeguard and participated in numerous activities. There, she developed a lifelong love for tennis and was a club champion.

She is survived by her husband, Larry Frazier; son and daughter-in-law, John Andrew White, Jr. (Mai Aleena); stepson, Andrew M. Frazier; and her grandchildren, Dreanna White and Andre White. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Lynton Smith.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 30, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at Almon Funeral Home.

Funeral service will be on Tuesday, December 30, 2025, at 1:30 p.m. at First Baptist Church of Carrollton, with Dr. David Hughes and Rev. Andrew Frazier officiating.

Interment will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery, 145 Hillcrest Drive, Villa Rica, Georgia 30180. Pallbearers will be Drew White, Andre White, Dr. Gordon Austin, Dr. Jim Prather, Frank Jones, and Henry Tyson. Honorary pallbearers will be the Generations Sunday School Class and her lifelong girlfriends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to First Baptist Church of Carrollton, 102 Dixie Street, Carrollton, Georgia.
