Mrs. Marion Louise Foreman, age 83 of Carrollton, Georgia died Friday, September 25, 2015. Mrs. Foreman was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on June 22, 1932, the daughter of the late Harry Siggens and Marion Smyth Siggens. She was retired from the University of West Georgia where she was an English instructor. Mrs. Foreman loved to knit, was an avid reader and member of St. Margaret's Episcopal Church. Survivors include her daughter, Julia S. Foreman of Carrollton; son and daughter-in-law, Thomas J. and Sherry Foreman, Jr. of Villa Rica; eight grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas J. Foreman, Sr.; daughter, Nancy Dingler and sister, Nancy Wilson. A memorial service will be held Monday, September 28 at 2 p.m. at St. Margaret's Episcopal Church with the Very Rev. Hazel S. Glover officiating. The family will receive friends following the service in the Parish Hall.
