Mr. Lamar Rudolph "Rudy" Jones, Jr., age 64 of Carrollton, Georgia passed away Monday, November 12, 2018. Mr. Jones was born in San Diego, California on January 30, 1954, the son of Lamar Rudolph Jones, Sr. and Betty Lassiter Jones. He was the office manager at McKenzie's Auto Parts and was of the Baptist faith. Survivors include his wife, Celia S. Jones; sons, Matthew Jones of Carrollton, Shane Jones Miles of Carrollton; parents, Lamar Rudolph Jones, Sr. and Betty Lassiter Jones of San Diego, California; stepchildren, Jennifer Baldwin of Carrollton, Tessy Baldwin Merrell of Carrollton; brother, Randy Jones of San Diego, California and six grandchildren. There will be a gathering of family and friends Sunday, November 25, 2018 from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m. at Almon Funeral Home. This service was originally scheduled for November 18, 2018, but has been changed to Sunday, November 25, 2018.
