Judy Marie Howell, age 61, of Carrollton, Georgia, passed away peacefully on Friday, June 26, 2026. She was born on June 30, 1964, to Donald Dwight Gaut and Annie Opal Gaut.

Judy devoted her life to her family as a loving homemaker. She found her greatest joy in caring for her daughters and creating a home filled with love, encouragement, and cherished memories. Her selfless spirit, gentle heart, and unwavering devotion to her family will be remembered by all who knew her.

For 41 wonderful years, Judy shared a loving marriage with her devoted husband, Henry Carl Howell. Together they built a life centered on faith, family, and love. She was a faithful member of Carrollton Church of Christ, where she enjoyed worshiping alongside her church family.

Judy is survived by her beloved husband, Henry Carl Howell; her father, Donald Dwight Gaut (Linda New); her daughters, Christina Heaton (Joseph Heaton), Karen Nicole Howell (Matthew Smith), Melissa Marie Howell (Andrew Yawn), and Ashley Lynn Howell (Travis Fain); her treasured grandchildren, Mason Heaton, Aria Heaton, Jax Smith, Kaylee Smith, Willow Fain, and one precious grandchild on the way. She is also survived by her sister, Kathy Kimmons; her brother, Jerry Gaut; her bonus daughters, Kelsey Woodall and Kristine Armstrong; along with numerous extended family members and many dear friends.

A visitation will be held on Sunday, June 28, 2026, from 2:30 p.m. until 3:30 p.m. at Carrollton Church of Christ, 1310 N. Park Street, Carrollton, Georgia 30116. A celebration of Judy's life will follow at 3:30 p.m. at the church with family and friends gathering to honor her memory and the legacy of love she leaves behind.

Following the service, Mrs. Howell will be laid to rest at West Georgia Memorial Park, 4194 Carrollton Villa Rica Highway, Villa Rica, Georgia 30180.
