Obituary

Mrs. Juanita J. Morrow age 88, of Carrollton, Georgia passed away on Monday, May 26, 2025.

Mrs. Juanita, daughter of the late Weems and Rose Smith Jordan, was born in Carrollton, Georgia on August 17, 1936. She was a retired nurse with Pine Knoll Nursing Home and a lifelong member of Bethany Christian Church.

Mrs. Juanita shared a remarkable journey with her beloved husband, William E. "Billy" Morrow. They were married 55 years until his passing on June 5, 2013. Together they built a life grounded in love, family, and faith.

Mrs. Juanita, also known as "Granny," found her greatest joy in her family. She was the heart and soul of our home, and her true passion was being a devoted grandmother and great-grandmother. She poured her love, wisdom, and gentle spirit into every hug, story, and moment she spent with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Juanita will forever be remembered in her legacy of compassion, beauty, and faith.

Survivors include her son, William J. (Jeff) Morrow of Fort Pierce, FL; daughter and son-in-law, Jana Morrow Smallwood and her husband, Chad of Carrollton, GA; grandson, Logan (Brittany) Green of Bremen and his father Chris Green; granddaughters, Jami Perry- Morrow (Reid) McCree, April Black (Alex) Hile, Jessica Grant, and Ashley Green; 10 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. Besides her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her brother, Walker Jordan.

The family will receive friends at Almon Funeral Home on Thursday, May 29, 2025 from 5 pm to 7 pm.

Funeral Services will be held on Friday, May 30, 2025 at 1 pm at Bethany Christian Church with Minister Allen Howard officiating.

Interment will be in Bethany Christian Church Cemetery.
