Mr. Joshua Isaiah Brown, age 13 of House Circle, Carrollton passed away on Monday, March 12, 2012 at Tanner Medical Hospital in Carrollton. Joshua was born in Atlanta, Georgia on January 24, 1999, the son of Chiketa Brown and Derrick (Kee-Kee) Almon. Joshua was a member of the Universal Faith Deliverance Church of Carrollton, Georgia. He attended the Carrollton Junior High School (Burwell Campus) where he was an honor roll student. Joshua's favorite sports were playing football and running track. He enjoyed playing outside and video games. Joshua was a kind-hearted and outgoing person who really loved being around family and friends. He was a loving son, brother, grandson, nephew, and friend. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Charles Swint. He leaves to cherish his memories his mother, Chiketa Brown, his father and step-mother, Derrick and Kee Kee Almon; four sisters, Malaysia Thomas Lyric Farley, Zoie Almon, Synderricka Almon; three brothers, London Farley, Marlandas Crane, Natavious Clark; grandparents, Brenda Brown, Rosa Swint, Johnny Houston; two special people, Rachel Rowe, Derek Rowe; a host of aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends. A visitation will be held at Universal Faith Deliverance Church, 148 Mt. Zion Blvd., Carrollton, GA on Friday, March 16 from 7 p.m. until 8 p.m. Funeral service will be Saturday, March 17 at 1 o'clock at the First Baptist Church of Carrollton, 563 Old Bremen Road, Carrollton, Georgia.
