Mr. John Marvin McIntosh, age 79, of Waco, Georgia passed away on Tuesday, January 31, 2023. He was born on January 20, 1944, son the late William Hubie McIntosh and Mildred Hammonds McIntosh.

Mr. McIntosh attended Camp Creek Baptist Church and during his working career worked at D&L.

He is survived by his brothers, Wallace McIntosh of Waco, Georgia, Robert McIntosh, of Woodland, Alabama; sisters, Leva Lou Austin of Waco, Georgia, Linda Britt of Shelbyville, Tennessee; along with several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a brother, Richard David McIntosh.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, February 1, 2023 from 6 PM to 8 PM at Camp Creek Baptist Church. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 2, 2023 at 2 PM at Camp Creek Baptist Church.

Pallbearers will be Patrick Thornton, Jeremy McIntosh, Jason McIntosh, Bill Thornton and Jonathan Austin.

Interment will be at Indian Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.
