John Robert Butler, age 65, of Huntsville, AL passed away on Tuesday, August 13, 2019. He was born in Carrollton, GA on October 26, 1953 to the late Hugh D. Butler, Sr. and Mary Francis Stephens Butler. Funeral services will be Thursday, August 22, 2019 at 2 P.M. from the chapel of Almon Funeral Home in Carrollton, GA. Visitation will be on Thursday, August 22, 2019 from 1:00 to 2:00 pm with the service beginning at 2:00 . He is survived by his sons, Christopher Butler and wife, Lindsey, Patrick Butler and wife, Alicia, one grandson, Brooks and the mother of his children, Jean Butler, brothers, Larry (Jeannie) Butler and Hugh (Becky) Butler. He also had many caring and compassionate caregivers to love and care for him during his illness. Interment will be in the Carrollton City Cemetery.
