Mrs. Joan Harrell Argo, age 78 of Carrollton, Georgia died Saturday, July 9, 2022. Mrs. Argo was born in Polk County, Georgia on October 9, 1943, the daughter of the late John Webster Harrell and Myrtice Jones Harrell. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness. Survivors include her children, Shelley Reece, Nolton Keith Argo, Rachel Gray, Kerry Argo, Carla Blair, Lynn Cobb; 17 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; her siblings, Luther Harrell, Johnny Harrell, Charles Harrell, Frank Harrell and June Jordan. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Argo and sister, Doris Brown. A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, July 16, 2022 at 11 am at the chapel of Almon Funeral Home. The family will receive friends in the chapel from 10 am until the service time.
