Jereme Wade Bartlett, age 28, of Carrollton died July 21, 2010. Jereme was born July 9, 1982 in Conneaut, Ohio. He served in the U. S. Army and was employed by Charter Communications. Survivors include father, James Lee Bartlett of Carrollton, mother, Terri West Bartlett of Fairbanks, Alaska, children, Kourtney and Bradley Bartlett, brother, Samuel Bartlett, sisters, Brandy and Ian Lyle, Natalie Salazar, girlfriend, Jessica Stone all of Carrollton, paternal grandmother, Mrs. Inez Walker Bartlett of Carrollton, maternal grandparents, Ray and Peggy West Salazar of Conneaut, Ohio. Funeral services will be Sunday, July 25, 2010 at 3 pm from the chapel of Almon Funeral Home with Rev. Keith Jiles officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday from 6 to 8 pm. In lieu of flowers those desiring to do so may make a blood donation to the American Red Cross in his name. Interment will follow in Bethany Christian Church Cemetery with the Carroll County Sheriff Department escorting, and folding and presenting the American Flag.
