Mrs. Jeannie Lynne McKnight Duke Everett, age 64, of Carrollton, Georgia passed away on Wednesday, June 21, 2023.

She was born on February 5, 1959 in Norfolk, Virginia the daughter of the late Edward Harold McKnight and Glenda Jean Hampton McKnight. She was a 1977 graduate of Briarwood High School in East Point, Georgia. She was a homemaker, loved to watch Braves baseball, listen to country music (especially Toby Keith), she also loved panda bears, and the Lord. The way she put it in her own words was "I am happily married. Love my family and friends. Love the Lord with all my heart. Big animal lover!!"

Survivors include her husband, Joshua Everett; sons, James (Katie) Duke, Matthew Duke; grandson, Gabriel Duke; sister, Sharon Fields; brother, David (Pam)McKnight; half-sister, Michelle Caskey; step-father, Bill Caskey; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins by the dozens. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her nephew, Bryan McKnight.

Due to her wishes her body was cremated and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
