Mrs. Jane Harper Riden, age 92 of Franklin, Georgia passed away Monday, December 27, 2021. Mrs. Riden was born in Palmetto, Georgia on March 1, 1929, the daughter of the late Thomas Harper and Bessie Edmonds Harper. She was retired from Atlanta and West Point Railroad as a clerk and was a member of Ramah Baptist Church in Palmetto, Georgia. Survivors include her daughters, Patricia Walton and Pam Davis both of Franklin; sister, Betty Flohr; and a brother Woody Harper. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Riden; son, Clifford Davis; sisters, Idabelle Nolan and Frances Harper; brothers, Frank Harper and Jack Harper. In accordance with her wishes, her body will be cremated and a service will be held at a later date.
