Mr. James Thomas Hall, 78 of Carrollton, Georgia passed away July 4, 2020 at his residence.
Mr. Hall was born on August 24, 1941 in Dallas, Georgia, the son of the late Albert Thomas Hall and Pauline Elizabeth Copeland Hall. After graduating high school, he served in the United States Air Force where he specialized in Fire and Rescue. Mr. Hall retired from the United Parcel Service after 30 years as a Delivery Driver. Before retirement, he was awarded the Circle of Honor for 25 years accident-free. Mr. Hall was preceded in death by his parents, sister, Mary Gullatt, and nephew, Glenn Gullatt.
Survivors include his children, James Douglas Hall, Steven Kent (Patricia) Hall, Cary Brian Hall, Christopher Dewayne Hall, and Wendy Renee Hays; grandchildren, Matthew Hall, Amy Mosley, as well as her two children, Cody Hall, Chandler Hall, Lynn Bird, Diana Hall, Joshua Wheat, Brittany Wheat, and Savannah Hays; great grandchildren, Mason Hall, Griffin Bird, and Joseph Wheat; an aunt, Ruth (Jerry) Waller; nephews, Kenneth Fred Gullatt, and Steve Allen Gullatt; as well as other extended family.
A visitation will be held 5:00 – 8:00pm Tuesday, July 7, 2020 at Almon Funeral Home, 548 Newnan Street, Carrollton, Georgia, 30117.
