Mr. James Douglas "Doug" Hall, age 62, of Franklin, Georgia, passed away on Sunday, June 8, 2025.

Born on September 22, 1962, in Montgomery, Alabama, Doug was the son of Alice Marlene Patrick McClendon and the late James Thomas Hall. He was of the Baptist faith and found joy in life's simple pleasures. Whether watching wrestling or enjoying a meal at a buffet-style restaurant, Doug embraced the moments that brought him happiness.

He is survived by his son, Matthew Douglas Hall (Heather); grandson, Mason Stewart Hall; mother, Marlene McClendon; brothers, Steven Kent Hall, Brian Hall, and Chris Hall; sister, Wendy Hall Hays; as well as five nieces and two nephews. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his wife, Rose Hall.

The family will receive friends at Almon Funeral Home on Thursday, June 12, 2025, from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
