Mrs. Inez Ballard, age 72, of Carrollton, Georgia passed away on Wednesday, January 24, 2024. She was born in Pine Bluff, Arkansas on December 10, 1951, daughter of the late Victor Browning and Lalor Lee Martin Browning.

Mrs. Ballard was a homemaker and of the Christian Faith. She loved the outdoors and enjoyed gardening, long walks, picking flowers, thrift stores and antiquing.

She is survived by her husband, Freddy Hales; children, Gwen Ballard, Billy Ballard, Yavonda Ballard, Clarence Crabtree; grandchildren, Cassandra, Justin, Brianna, Christian, Landon, Bella, Wyatt, Jesse, Faith, Alyssa, Rhyan, Jayce, Ayla, Ryleigh; sister, Janice Ballard; brother, Gene Browning. She was preceded in death by her parents.

In accordance with her wishes her body has been cremated and no services are planned.
