Mrs. Hazel Elizabeth Holder Trawick, age 94 of Austin Ave., Carrollton died Monday, May 3, 2010. Mrs. Trawick was born in Cleburne County, Alabama on March 25, 1916, the daughter of the late Isaac Jasper Holder and Marie Carnes Holder. She was a homemaker and member of the Tabernacle Baptist Church. Survivors include her sons and daughters-in-law, James "Jimmy" Floyd and Marsha Trawick of Pilot Point, Texas, John Holder and Dondra Trawick, Carrollton; daughters and sons-in-law, Cheryl Trawick and Larry Vines of Evertte, Washington, Dana Trawick and Mike Hodges of St. Simons Island, Georgia; 11 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, James Robert "J.R." Trawick and six brothers. A graveside service and interment will be Saturday, May 8 at 11 a.m. at the Carrollton City Cemetery with Rev. Eddie Herring and Mr. Kelvin Graham officiating. Pallbearers will be Jay Trawick, Michael Hodges, Matthew Hodges and Kelvin Graham.
