Mr. George Robert "Bob" Browning, age 82 of Carrollton, Georgia passed away Tuesday, March 6, 2018. Mr. Browning was born in Long Branch, New Jersey on April 14, 1935, the son of the late George Browning, Jr. and Cornelia Hall Fitzgerald. He was a veteran having served in the U.S. Army and was a retired social worker. Survivors include his son and daughter-in-law, Kenneth and Melisia Browning of Carrollton; grandchildren, Taylor Browning King, Shae Browning, Ethan Browning; great grandchild, Grant King. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by a brother, Kenneth John Browning. The family will receive friends at Almon Funeral Home on Thursday evening from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. A graveside service and interment will be Friday, March 9, 2018 at 10 a.m. at Georgia National Cemetery in Canton, Georgia.
