Dr. Frank Lawrence "Larry� Rowley, 80, of Almon Road, Carrollton died Saturday, February 28, 2009, after a two month hospitalization. Dr. Rowley was born in McAlester, OK, on November 22, 1928, the son of Russell Rowley and Louise Lawrence Rowley. He was a veteran of the United States Army, serving in Japan with the Signal Corp and the Medical Corps. He graduated from Tulane University School of Medicine. He completed his residency in psychiatry at the University of Michigan. He had a Psychiatric Practice in Carrollton from 1996 to 2007. Survivors include his wife, Gabriele Mautner Rowley; daughter, Lisa Rowley, of Baltimore, MD; sons and daughter-in-laws, Stephan and Barbara Rowley, of Norcross; Timothy and Tish Rowley, of Charlotte, NC; grandchildren, Katherine and Elisabeth, of Atlanta, GA and Andrew, of Charlotte, NC; brother, Russell Rowley, of Palatine, IL and brother and sister-in-law, David and Carol Rowley, of Denton, TX.
