Diane Case Insko, age 78, of Lawrenceville, Georgia, formerly of Carrollton, passed away Sunday, April 26, 2026.

She was born December 12, 1947, in Covington, Kentucky, to the late Stanley Cameron Case and Betty Brueckner Case. Diane earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Kentucky. Her many interests led her through a fulfilling career in various forms of education, including adult education at West Georgia College, and as a food professional. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Carrollton.

Diane's creativity touched every part of her life—from the meals she prepared to the stories she told. Her quick wit and infectious laughter brought joy to everyone around her, and she found her greatest happiness cooking for those she loved and sharing time with her family.

She is survived by her loving husband, Rev. Larry D. Insko; her son and daughter-in-law, Lee and Cynthia Insko; her daughters and sons-in-law, Laura and Barry Snyder, and Lucy and Joel Wiggins; her grandchildren, Caroline (Johnny) Said, Sarah Glenn (Cory Hudnall) Insko, and Wilson (Nicole) Insko, Cameron Snyder, Addison Snyder, Jackson Snyder, Willow Wiggins; great-granddaughter, Phoebe Said; brother, Garmon Wheeler. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her infant sister, Janet Jean Case and her brother, Ronald Allan Case.

The family wishes to express their deepest appreciation to the dedicated teams at Capstone Hospice and Delmar Gardens of Gwinnett for their attentive and loving care.

A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, May 9, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at First Baptist Church of Carrollton with Dr. David Hughes officiating. The family will receive friends following the service in the Parkman Room.

In lieu of flowers, gifts in Diane's memory may be made to Carrollton's Open Hands Ministry or Delmar Gardens of Gwinnett.
