Master Declan Liam Sullivan, infant son of Chip and Melissa Sullivan, died Tuesday, April 21, 2015. Declan was born in Carroll County, Georgia on April 18, 2015. He is survived by his parents, Chip and Melissa Sullivan of Villa Rica; maternal grandparents, Adrian and Terri Stubbs of Carrollton; paternal grandparents, Rod and Becky Sullivan of Carrollton; maternal great grandmother, Mary Nelson; paternal great grandparents, Gwen Hammock, Blanche and Cliff Sullivan; several aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his maternal great grandparents, James and Mary Stubbs, Terry Nelson; paternal great grandfather, Marion Hammock; uncle, Dent Nelson and cousin, Joshua Varnadore. Funeral service will be Friday, April 24 at 10 a.m. at the chapel of Almon Funeral Home with Rev. Shane Roberson officiating. Pallbearers will be Seth Stubbs, Jason Raburn, Shane Rivers, Ryan Kelly, Adam Uglum and Dane Seddik. Interment will be in West Georgia Memorial Park with Rev. Neil Awbrey officiating.
