Mrs. Debra Sue Wentz, age 63 of Carrollton, Georgia passed away Thursday, February 2, 2017. Mrs. Wentz was born in St. Louis, Missouri on December 20, 1953, the daughter of the late Dale Stout and Helen Middleton Stout. She worked at Chalk Line and was co-owner of J&D Tender Touch Boutique in Annapolis, Missouri. She was a member of Beulah Baptist Church and the Red Hat Society. Survivors include her husband, John Tackett; children, Deanna Kingery of Piedmont, MO, Bobby (Debbie) Wentz of Bremen, Brian Richmond of Bremen; daughter-in-law, Misty Adair; brother-in-law, Larry Hughes of Carrollton, sister, Vicki Russell of Patterson, MO; grandchildren, Robert Hurst, Sylvia Wentz, Maranda Wentz, Matthew Wentz, Ella Richmond, Ethan Adair and Laci Kingery. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by a brother, Kieth Stout and sister, Sandy Hughes. According to her family's wishes her body will be cremated.
