Mrs. Carol Lewis Huddleston, age 73, of Carrollton, passed away Friday, November 21, 2025.

Carol was born January 27, 1952, in Carroll County, Georgia, the daughter of the late Rufus Franklin Lewis and Zeffie Mae Posey Lewis. She was a 1970 graduate of Mt. Zion High School.

Over the years, Carol worked at West Georgia National Bank and later in the laboratory at Tanner Medical Center. She eventually retired to embrace the role she loved most—being a full-time grandmother. A member of the former Smyrna Methodist Church, Carol enjoyed cooking, gardening, and caring for her flowers, but her greatest joy came from spending time with and caring for her grandchildren.

Survivors include her loving husband, Michael Huddleston; son and daughter-in-law, Michael Matthew (Tina) Huddleston; grandchildren, Brittany (Travis) Trippe, Seth (Danielle) Huddleston, Ryan Huddleston, and Richard (Casey) Harrison; and great-grandchildren, Landen, Ella, Jackson, Tucker, Carson, Parker, and Oakleigh. She is also survived by her sisters, Nancy Hendrix and Judie Jackson. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Charles Lewis, David Lewis, and Billy Lewis.

The family will receive friends at Almon Funeral Home on Monday evening from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, November 25, at 2:00 PM from the chapel of Almon Funeral Home with Pastor Josh Boatright officiating. Music will be provided by Krista Potts.

Interment will follow in Smyrna Cemetery.
