Mrs. Carla Jansen, age 80, of Carrollton passed away peacefully on April 26, 2025. She was born on December 19, 1944 in Ottawa, Illinois, daughter of the late Dale F. Miller and Roberta J. Twait Miller.

She was a loving wife, sister, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend. She enjoyed hosting wonderful family gatherings on holidays and birthdays. She was a steadfast friend and devout Christian.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Sharon Baker; and her daughter, Penny Decker.

She is survived by her husband, Leonard Jansen; her aunt, Marilyn Larson; her brother, Richard (Judy) Miller; her sons, Danny (Tammy) Holdcraft, and Corey (Terri) Holdcraft; her daughter-in-law, Laurie (Rodney) Williams; her stepson, Mark (Cathy) Jansen, her stepdaughter, Linda (Darel) Grissom; grandchildren, Myndee (Robert) Laney, Alana Holdcraft (Pete Olivera), Zachary (Sammi) Holdcraft, Cameron Dominey, Kathleen Grissom, Michael (Kimberly) Jansen, Jr., Monica Sutton, Anthony Bobb, Josh (Kristin) Decker, Jenny Decker; and multiple great grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held on Sunday, May 25, 2025 at 2:30 PM at North Point Baptist Church with Rev. Lee Wimberly officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to North Point Baptist Church, 1400 Cedar Street, Carrollton, Georgia 30117.
