Mr. Bruce Curtis Puryear, age 57 of Douglasville, Georgia passed away Tuesday, January 25, 2022. Mr. Puryear was born in Marietta, Georgia on February 10, 1964, the son of the late Dewey Franklin Puryear and Edna Mae Baker Puryear. He worked for 38 years for Watts & Browning Engineers as a land surveyor and was a former Mason. He is survived by his wife, Vicki Puryear; sons, Dakota Owen (Amanda) Puryear, William Luke (Jennifer) Ozment; grandchildren, Will, Gracyn, Kaytleigh, Kyrsti, Kroy; brother, Kerry Puryear and a sister, Rita Fowler. He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Pat Sills. A visitation will be held on Saturday, February 5, 2022, from 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM at New Season Church, 4457 Atlanta Hwy, Hiram, GA 30141, and a memorial service will follow at 6:00 PM.
