Mrs. Betty Jean Doss Lindsey, age 86 of Carrollton, Georgia died Saturday, December 8, 2018. Mrs. Lindsey was born in Carrollton, Georgia on March 9, 1932, the daughter of the late George Dewey Wallace and Florence Nettie Norton Wallace. She was the owner and operator of the Carroll House Restaurant and later worked in catering at Koffee Kart. Survivors include her daughter, Marie Doss Head of Big Canoe, Georgia; son, Chris Head of Atlanta, Georgia and granddaughter, Nicole Cummings Smith. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Lindsey and daughter, Mary Ann Cummings. A graveside service will be held Wednesday, December 12, 2018 at 12 noon at . the Carrollton City Cemetery with Rev. Ronald Cook officiating.
