Anita Darlene Brown Eidson

Anita Darlene Brown Eidson, age 61, of Carrollton, Georgia, passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 27, 2026.

She was born in Newnan, Georgia, on February 16, 1965, to Rev. Gary Lamar Brown and Judy Fuller Brown.

Anita was a homemaker and had graduated from the nursing program at West Georgia Technical College. She was a member of Eastside Baptist Church, where her faith and love for others were an important part of her life.

She found great joy in crafting, spending time with animals, and, most of all, being with her grandchildren and family. She will be remembered for her loving and devoted heart and for the special place she held in the lives of those around her.

Survivors are her husband, Robby Eidson; her parents, Rev. Gary and Judy Brown; her children, Kelly (Chad) Woodward, Luke Eidson, Meagan (Caleb) Baughtman, Cody Eidson, and Levi Eidson; her grandchildren, Madeline (Luke), Emma, Kayson, Cameron, Elle, Wakley, Clara, Everett, and Emmett; her sister, Renee Pritchett; her mother-in-law, Joann Eidson; along with numerous nieces and nephews.

Anita was preceded in death by her brother, Dwayne Brown; her father-in-law, Harry Eidson; her daughter-in-law, Mary Eidson.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Eastside Baptist Church.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at 11:00 AM at Eastside Baptist Church, with Rev. Doug Bearden and Jacob Pritchett officiating.

Interment will follow at Roopville Road Baptist Church Cemetery, with Rev. David Huckeba officiating. Serving as pallbearers will be Jacob Pritchett, Brody Pritchett, Chad Woodward, Caleb Baughtman, Cody Eidson, Levi Eidson, Luke Eidson, and Clay Brown. Honorary pallbearers will be Cameron Baughtman, Kayson Eidson and Luke Reid.

Anita's love will live on through her family, her grandchildren, and the many lives she touched. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.
