Mrs. Amy Adele Waddell, age 40 of Hamilton Circle, Bremen died Friday, February 25, 2011. Mrs. Waddell was born in Carrollton, Georgia on June 18, 1970, the daughter of the late Doris Adele Rathke Waddell and Roy Waddell. She was the Director of Tanner Behavioral Health at Tanner Medical Center. Survivors include her husband, Jim Metcalfe; son, Luke Metcalfe; daughter, Lily Waddell; father, Roy Waddell of Florida; brothers, Phillip Waddell of Indiana, Douglas Waddell of Florida and half-sister, Lane Waddell of Florida. A celebration of Amy's life will be Saturday, March 5 at 11 o'clock at the chapel of Almon Funeral Home with Pastor Tony Ashmore officiating and her friends giving remembrance stories about Amy. The family requests that Amy's friends write down memories either funny or serious to give for Amy's children. The stories will be used to compose a book for Luke and Lily to have about their mom later in their life. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the Amy A.
