Mr. James Timothy Brannon, age 56 of Carrollton, Georgia passed away Wednesday, August 5, 2015. Mr. Brannon was born in Biloxi, Mississippi on March 5, 1959, the son of Carolyn Cooley Brannon and the late Boyd Brannon. He was employed with Southwire and was a member of Clem United Methodist Church. Survivors include his daughter and son-in-law, Casey and Kevin Beaty of Atlanta; mother, Carolyn C. Brannon of Bowdon; cousins, Amy Cooley Ward, James Cooley, Tressa Cooley and Danni Cooley. He was preceded in death by his father, Boyd Brannon; brother, Wayne Brannon and uncles, Jimmy and Frank Cooley. The family will receive friends at Almon Funeral Home on Saturday from 12 noon until the service hour. Funeral service will be Saturday, August 8, 2015 at 2 p.m. from the chapel of Almon Funeral Home with Pastor Steve Standridge and Rev. Wayne Webb officiating.
