Mrs. Eulagene M. "Jean" Parker, 89, of Carrollton, GA passed away Thursday, September 10, 2015. Mrs. Parker was born in Flint, Michigan on December 31, 1925, the daughter of the late William Ballard and Mary Newtown Ballard. She was a retired real estate agent and member of OLPH Catholic Church. She is survived by her daughter, Candy Eidson of Tallapoosa, sons, Dean Parker and Brett Parker both of Carrollton, GA, Ted Parker of Madison, Wisconsin, Tim Parker of St. Joseph, Missouri, brother, William Ballard of Lady Lake, FL, 9 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William Dean Parker, son, Scott Parker, 3 sisters, and one brother. A Memorial Mass will be held Saturday, October 10, 2015 at 2:30 p.m. at OLPH Catholic Church with Father Rafael Carballo officiating. According to Mrs. Parker's wishes, her body was donated to science for medical research and a memorial service will be held at a later date. Almon Funeral Home of Carrollton in charge of arrangements.
