Mr. Robert Clarence "Bobby" Hester, age 60 of Roopville, Georgia passed away Friday, November 20, 2015. Mr. Hester was born in Rome, Georgia on August 15, 1955, the son of the late John Clarence Hester and Gladys Olive Hester. He was a carpenter and loved fishing and the outdoors. Survivors include his wife, Susan Jo Hester; daughters and sons-in-law, Andria and Glenn Cosper, Shelly and Howard Stringfellow both of Carrollton; grandchildren, Caitlin, Devin and Caleb Stringfellow and Colton and Cade Cosper; brother and sister-in-law, John L. and Linda Hester of Centre, AL and several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be Tuesday, November 24, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. from the chapel of Almon Funeral Home with Bro. Doug Bearden officiating. Music will be provided by Renee Hill. Members of the family will serve as pallbearers. Interment will be in Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery in Forney, AL at 2 p.m. EST.
