Betty A. Lovvorn Mrs. Betty A. Lovvorn, 88, of Frost Street, Franklin, Georgia passed away Monday, January 4, 2010. Mrs. Lovvorn was born Carroll County on June 15, 1921, the daughter of the late Henry Capers Allen and Sara Hearn Allen. She was a homemaker and a member of Shiloh United Methodist Church. Survivors include her daughters, Julia O'Neal of Newnan, Joyce Arp of Franklin; son and daugter-in-law, Eddie and Vicki Lovvorn of Carrollton; sister, Mary Eason of Burwell; eight grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Barney Lovvorn, grandchild, Rhonda Lovvorn; two great-grandchildren, Kimberly K. Brown and Skyler Arp. Funeral services will be Wednesday, January 6, 2010 11 A. M. at Shiloh United Methodist Church Rev. Darnell Teal officiating. Pallbearers will be her grandsons, Allen Brown, Rev. Shane Lovvorn, Andy Lovvorn, Josh Arp, John Mark Arp and James Arp. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from 5 PM until 8 PM..
