He is preceded in death by his mother, Amelia W. Sullivan, his father, Francis E. Sullivan, Sr., and his brother Robert (Bobby) R. Sullivan. Hamrick, brothers, Jimmy (Elaine) Sullivan, Eddie Sullivan, sister-in-laws Susan S. Kellam, Nancy Sullivan, and brother-in-law H. Boyd (Diane) Stephens.
Tommy was “Poppy” to his 5 grandchildren, Ty Kendrick, Corey, Layne, Natalie, and Caroline Hammond and loved to attend any school, church, and sporting event in which they participated. He was their biggest fan because he got such joy from being at their event. He was blessed with many nieces and nephews who he loved dearly and treasured the memories he shared with each of them.
Tommy graduated from Carrollton High School in 1972 and West GA College in 1977 with a degree in Political Science. He recently retired as co-founder and Vice President from Quality Service Company, Inc. Tommy loved to travel with his wife and they would plan yearly trips to different places in the continental United States.
He was a caring and generous person who never met a stranger. He was often mistaken for one of his brothers, but he would always be friendly and pleasant to everyone. He was an avid sports car enthusiast and attended many races with his racing buddies.
