Obituary for Debra Lee Collins

Mrs. Debra Lee Collins, age 63 of Carrollton, Georgia died Thursday, March 1, 2018.

Mrs. Collins was born August 1, 1954, in North Fort, Virginia, the daughter of Mary Jo Bittle Smith and the late Milton Odell Smith. She had worked in the Restaurant Industry as a cashier and attended Mt. Zion Congregational Holiness Church.

Survivors include her husband, Keith Collins; mother, Mary Jo Smith; sons and daughters-in-law, Jason Eric (Jeri Lynn) Walker of Batesville, Mississippi, Jeremy Derrick (Melinda) Kessinger of Carrollton, Donnie Robert Smith of Hot Springs, Arkansas; grandchildren, Lisa Marie Dacus, Krista Shaye Walker, Stacey Norred, Jacob Eric Kessinger, Caleb David Kimbrell, Cameron Avery Kimbrell, Chloe Jade Wright, Lawrence Tyler Odell Smith, Savannah Lynn Smith; great grandchildren, Landon Price Pendleton, Tinley Elizabeth Dacus, Tegan Alivia Dacus; brother, Kenneth Smith of Orlando, Florida; mother-in-law, Mary Jane Lands of Carrollton and sister-in-law, Michelle Brown of Ranburne, Alabama.

The family will receive friends at Almon Funeral Home on Saturday from 4 p.m. until 6 p.m.

Funeral service will be Sunday, March 4, 2018 at 2 p.m. at the chapel of Almon Funeral Home with Pastor Curtis Holloway and Pastor Lee Wimberly officiating.

Pallbearers will be Caleb Kimbrell, Shawn Collins, Trey Williamson, Gary Collins, Gary Collins, Jr., and Lamar Frisbie.

Interment will be in the Carrollton City Cemetery.
