Mrs. Betty May Stinecipher, age 68 of Roopville, Georgia passed away Saturday, February 4, 2017.
Mrs. Stinecipher was born in Pasadena, California on August 14, 1948, the daughter of the late Thomas Burkhart and Joyce Lowrey Burkhart. She was a homemaker and a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Survivors include her husband, Lonnie Stinecipher; sons and daughter-in-law, Joe and Sabrina Stinecipher of Carrollton, Robert Stinecipher of Stephens, GA; daughter and son-in-law, Debbie and Jesse Watts of Temple; grandchildren, Nick Stallings, Stephanie Stallings, Cody Stinecipher, Lily Stinecipher, Eva Stinecipher, Anna Stinecipher; great grandchildren, Aki Harris, Maddy Stallings, Gabby Stallings; sisters, Sandy Segee, Joyce Cunningham; brothers, Tom Burkhart and John Burkhart.
The family will receive friends at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Saturday from 12 noon until 2 p.m.
Funeral service will be Saturday, February 11, 2017 at 2 p.m. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints with Bishop Jason Mount officiating.
Pallbearers will be Nick Stallings, Cody Stinecipher, Seth Brand and missionaries of the church. Honorary pallbearers will be The Franklin Branch of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Interment will be in Carroll Memory Gardens.
